To enquire on the production transactions of the Factory Work Order (FWO), perform the following:  1. From the  ProStix Main Menu  select  'Inventory Management'  then  'Factory Order Processing'  then  'Factory Order Maintenance'. 2. Type the number of the FWO you require or <F3> to search. 3. From the options menu on the right side of the screen, select the option, 'Transaction Enquiry'. 4. The transactions for stock used (USED), stock produced (MADE), time used (LABOR), overhead (OHEAD), downtime (DOWN), wastage (WASTE) and close (CLOSE) can be seen here with their date/time, user id, and associated pack numbers, product numbers, cost and time as appropriate. 5. If a transaction has been entered in error, you can use the <F8> Reverse function to reverse the stock used or produced, including the necessary adjustments to the G/L.
