To record the time used in the production of the Factory Work Order (FWO), perform the following:  1. From the  ProStix Main Menu  select  'Inventory Management'  then  'Factory Order Processing'  then  'Factory Order Maintenance'. 2. Type the number of the FWO you require or <F3> to search. 3. From the options menu on the right side of the screen, select the option, 'Time Recording'. 4. Type the  Work Station  id and the  Date Processed . The Work Station id defaults from the system device and the Date Processed defaults to today. 5. You are presented with a selection screen to allow for the entry of times, entry of down times or to view previously entered times at the selected work station. 6.  Record Time . Select this option to allow recording of time used. The time charged is calculated from the start and finish times less any non-chargeable meal break times. Use <F6> Add, <F7> Change and <F5> Delete, then <F8> (Finished) when you have completed data entry. 7. When you select <F8> (Finished), the system then does the following: 8. Record   Down   Time . Select this option to record production down times. The reason code is validated against the reason code table. Use <F6> Add, <F7> Change and <F5> Delete, then <F8> (Finished) when you have completed data entry. 9. View Times. select this option to view previously recorded times at the work station.
