---- Claims Summary Reports ----- ¦ ¦¦ From Supplier: ¦¦ To Supplier: ZZZZZZZZ ¦¦ From Branch : 1 ¦¦ To Branch 999 ¦¦ From Date : 01/09/01 ¦¦ To Date : 03/12/01 ¦¦ Sort By : B ¦¦ Show Outstanding? : yes ¦¦ Show Posted?: no ¦¦ Branch Summary Only? : no ¦ --------------------------------- The selection criteria should be fairly self-explanatory with the exception of the flags. The 'show outstanding' and 'show posted' flags indicate whether or not to print each outstanding or posted claim on the report and whether or not to include the amounts of those claims in the totals. If these flags are set to 'yes' then the Branch Summary Only flag must be set to 'no'. If the Branch Summary Only flag is set to 'yes' and the other two flags are set to 'no' then only the summary report is printed including amounts from all outstanding and posted claims, but not showing the details of those claims. If all three flags are set to 'no' then no output is produced. Combinations of these flags are validated before running the report.  The detail lines of the report show the following totals per claim.  When the report is sorted by Branch, the claims are sorted by Branch, then Supplier then Claim Number. Total Claimed and Total Credited is printed at the end of each Branch.  When the report is sorted by Claim, the claims are sorted by Claim Number. No subtotals are provided.  When the report is sorted by Supplier, the claims are sorted by Supplier, then Claim Number. Total Claimed and Total Credited is printed at the end of each Supplier.  The Branch Totals print at the end of the report no matter which report options are selected. They show totals per branch and lastly a total of all branches.  Report Summary  Branch Claimed No.ClaimsCredited No.Credits Outstanding No.Outstanding  Branch shows the Branch Code and Name Claimed shows the totals of Claims made within the range selected. No. Claims shows the quantity of claims made within the selected range. Credited shows the totals of Claims Credited. No. Credits shows the quantity of Claims Credited.
