A new report has been provided to show the detail of outstanding Credit Claims. It is called 'Outstanding Claims Detail' and is added to 'Purchase Order Reports'.  Report selections are as follows:  If 'Sort By' is set to  'Product Group'  then the report prints by Product Group then Product. Totals – of Line Totals - are printed at the end of each Product Group.  If 'Sort By' is set to  'Branch'  then the report prints by Branch then Product. Totals – of Line Totals - are printed at the end of each Branch.  Detail lines contain : Branch 999 Claim No. 99999999 Return No. 99999999 Date dd/mm/yy Supplier XXXXXXXX Referring P/O 99999999 Receipt No. 99 Group XXXX Product Code XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Product Description XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX (25) Qty 9,999.99 Line Total9,999,999.99 (Allows for column Totals)  As mentioned, sub-totals are printed at either Branch or Product Group Level. A report total is printed at the end of the report.  Other standard ProStix report headings are included such as page numbering and selection criteria.
