Pre-conditions: To track reward point activity by customer, perform the following: 1. From the  ProStix Main Menu  select  'Accounts Receivable'  then  'Customer Rewards'  then  'Rewards Transaction Report'.   2. You are then prompted to choose a company and are then presented with the following selection screen: Balances only report  The report shows the customer's rewards balances for the selected ranges if you selected the 'Balances only' option. The details on the balance line are: total current rewards point balance, total points accrued for the date range specified, total adjusted points for the specified date range, and total brought forward points balance (if a purge has been performed within the date range specified a brought forward transaction would have been generated).  Detailed report  The report shows the detailed transaction for the ranges you selected. Total balances are shown at the end of each customer's account within the ranges (the same as the balances lines defined above in the balances only report). The details are as follows:
