To purge reward points transactions, perform the following: Manual 1. From the  ProStix Main Menu  select  'System Administration'  then  'File Purges'  then  'Accounts Receivables Purges'  then  'Customer Rewards Points Purge'. 2. They then select a company and a purge date. The system then calculates brought forward balances to the date specified, generates balance forward rewards transactions and purges old transactions before the specified date. Automated overnight   Choose to automate the Reward Points Purge. The system prompts for the days to retain and then calculates the brought forward balances to the date specified, generates balance forward rewards transactions and purges old transactions on or before number of days specified.
