When a credit claim is generated it needs to be printed.  ProStix currently has a 'Credit-Request' Document available in ECG. This has been altered to also make available the additional Credit Claim Header details.  Via the ECG Dictionary the operator is able setup either a single Credit Return for all returns or alternate formats for Credit Requests with or without a claim. That is, they may not want claim details to appear on all Credit Requests.  Sterland Computing have provided a basic credit claim format for plain paper along with the dictionary. This basic format is similar to existing return documents produced from ProStix. It has the supplier details along with specific credit claim data in the header and product detail in the body. At the base of the last page printed for the return, the total being claimed is printed. The new values added to the 'Credit-Request' Dictionary are:  The existing 'Credit-Request' Document in ECG has also been modified to accept completed Credit Requests. The ability to initiate a completed Credit Request print will only be available from Claim Maintenance; therefore, only Credit Claims will have the capability.
