The Notification Engine checks on the existence of Notification Events in the Events Log and sends out any notification messages required. The Engine runs on a different schedule to the creation of the Notification Events so that the Notifications for the entire day could potentially be grouped together and sent at the end of the day. To change the schedule or status of a notification engine, perform the following: 1. From the  ProStix Main Menu  select  'System Services'  then  'Notification System'  then  'Notification Engine'.  2. The  'Scheduled Notification Engines'  screen is displayed. There is currently one Notification Engine deployed as part of the Notification System. Your only options are to either change the schedule or change the status. 3.  To change a schedule engine,  highlight the record you wish to maintain, then select:
