> ℹ️ 1. Use in spreadsheets to calculate the value of goods on hand and then compared to ProStix valuation (From the **ProStix Main Menu **select '**Inventory Management**' then '**Reporting**' then '**Stock Valuation Report**') to ensure that there are no anomalies in stock calculations.   
> ℹ️ That is, calculated book value should be within a few thousand of the ProStix valuation at all times thereby ensuring that COGS, sales, margins and so on, have been recorded correctly.
