Why To review the outstanding AR debt by customer and identify outstanding balances for credit control management. The Debtors Aged Trial Balance prints the amounts outstanding for each debtor with these amounts being aged in periods. Two reports are produced. The first being the normal Trial Balance Report, the second being a Summary Report. It is also a very good idea to regularly run an ATB especially for COD accounts.  How 1. From the  ProStix Main Menu  select  'Accounts Receivable'  then  'Reporting'  then  'Aged Trial Balance' . Input 2. The program requires you to select the following information to include in the report. Refer to the 'Debtors Aged Trial Balance' collapsible link for a screenshot and an explanation of these options.
