There are various methods you can use to find Suppliers on the Supplier Master File.   Whenever you are required to type a valid Supplier number, perform the following: 1. Select <F3> if required, then type the name or partial name or keyword that relates to the Supplier you are trying to locate, then select <enter>. 2. Appropriate supplier matches are returned via the search results. 3. Use the up and down arrow keys to select the appropriate supplier from the list. 4. To re-set a search if an incorrect supplier name or number has been displayed, press the down arrow on the  keyboard, then type the supplier name again. 5. Once the search results have been displayed, it is possible to type the supplier code to narrow down the search to the required supplier.
