Greg confirmed ok to publish so have published. Waiting on Greg to advise on the email below: Hi Greg, This is your feedback from Feb 4. I will publish the guide as is for now, do you want Nikki to follow up with CJ on actions 1,2 & 3 below, and will I get Nikki to update those pages below for action 4? Thanks Hi Debbie I have done a basic review of the Parent/Child (Not Parent and Child) documentation, things requiring attention: 1, Needs a clearer overview, too internal not externally focused (CJ and I to complete) 2. Order of the manual - different uses are grouped together in no logical order (CJ and I to complete) 3. Setup - this is a billable module so this area needs change. We should not be advising customers to download a tar file (really) - that's internal (Peter and I to review) 4. Link - this has an obvious link with existing training material around product maintenance, sales, others so those manuals should be cross referenced to this (Debbie to review and advise approach) Thanks - like to get this all done within a week - I don't think there's much to this. Re: Action 4 (Link). I responded with: I have worked with Tom and plan on adding this note to the following SKB pages when the parent-child user guide is published.  "Sterland have recently introduced a feature to accommodate parent / child relationships for inventory. For example, timber with product and lengths associated with that product and/or clothing where you have a product with associated sizes.  This feature enables the full use of GTIN and Barcode labels at the length or size level. In addition, it eliminates the imbalance between the quantity of the parent product and the total of the quantities of the children products.  With the parent / child feature enabled, you also have the ability to report on all timber lengths with any existing ProStix report. This new feature also allows you to effectively use all ProStix reports to analyse timber products,  therefore eliminating the need for the specific timber reporting.   Refer to the Parent / Child Product User Guide for further information. Should you wish to enquire about this new feature, please contact Sterland Support ." These are the pages where I was planning on adding the above note, ok? 1.
