The process of Scheduling Tasks involves setting the recurrence period whereby your schedule is repeated and then setting the schedule and start and finish dates for your schedule. To Schedule Tasks, perform the following: 1. From the  ProStix   Main Menu  navigate to the relevant scheduled task and select <F12> Schedule. 2. From this screen you have access to the  Recurrence Period  field, allowing you to set how often your date/time schedule is to be repeated. <F3> (Search) is available from this field and displays the list of valid 'Recurrence Periods' for you to select from. 3. Depending on the recurrence period selected, the scheduler then prompts for the remaining parameters required for the scheduling of the task. 4. The Next Run Date and time is set based on any details typed in the above frequency fields but these can be over typed. An expiry date and time can also be set for the task schedule.
