This report shows the constituents of the Debtors Aged Trial Balance deposit figure. It displays and totals all the transactions that comprise the deposit value, enabling you to reconcile these against the value displayed in the aged trial balance report.  The deposit amount on the Debtors Aged Trial Balance represents the deposits received from non-standard debtors. That is, not type 'A'. For auditing purposes it is necessary to have a drill down to what constitutes this amount.  To  show the constituents of the Debtors Aged Trial Balance deposit figure, perform the following: 1. From the  ProStix Main Menu  select  'Accounts Receivable'  then  'Reporting'  then  'Customised Reports'  then  'Deposits on Non-Standard Debtors'.   After selecting the company, you are presented with the following selection screen:  2. You are  prompted to select the required Printing Option.
