The  Make Customers Inactive  option flags as inactive any shareholder that has not met the specified spending criteria. To make customers Inactive, perform the following: 1.  From the  ProStix Main Menu  select ' Shareholder Register ' then  'Inactive Member Processing'  then  'Make Customers Inactive' . 2. The 'Customer Shareholder Program' screen is displayed. 3.  Type the shareholder program name, then select <enter>. <F3> Search is available.  4. When you specify a share program, the system prompts you to confirm the deactivation process via a warning message:  5.  Type ' yes ' to create a pending Deactivate transaction for every shareholder that meets the specified criteria.  You cannot define a subset of shareholders to make inactive.  6. Type ' no ' to return to the  Inactive Member Processing  screen.
