The  Maintain Shareholders  option a llows the adding of an existing non-shareholding customer to a share program. There are two ways to add a customer to a share program, either add an existing customer to the program or create a new customer as a shareholder refer to  Shareholder Maintenance . To  add an existing non-shareholding customer to a share program , perform the following: 1. From the  ProStix   Main Menu  select  'Shareholder Register'  then  'Shareholder Maintenance'  then  'Maintain Shareholders' . 2. The 'Select Company' screen is displayed.  Type the relevant company if applicable, then select <enter>. <F3> Search is available. 3. The 'Customer Share Programs' screen is displayed. T ype the shareholder program name, then select <enter>. <F3> Search tool is available. 4. From here, you can either maintain Type 'A' or 'Type B' Shareholders.
