The file name defaults to 'DIVINTEX' + '.A01' and stored in the export directory as defined in ProStix. Yenda have always only ever require an extension of .A01 for the output filename as there is normally only a single DIVINTEX file created for the ATO. The output to the file(s) is as defined within the Magnetic Media Specification - Annual Investment Income Report v9.0 document. To print ATO Report Part A, perform the following: 1. From the ProStix Main Menu select ' Shareholder Register ' then 'Reports' then 'ATO Report' 2. The 'Select Company' screen is displayed. Type the relevant company if applicable, then select . Search is available. 3. The 'Customer Shareholder Program' screen is displayed. 4. Type the shareholder program name, then select . Search is available. 5. The 'Export Shareholding list to ATO file' screen is displayed.
