The statements show: A remittance section is available for the customer to return to advise of action to take with their dividends. Nuvu is used for generating this format requirement. It also prints a GST advice. To print Shareholder Statements, perform the following: 1. From the ProStix Main Menu select ' Shareholder Register ' then 'Reports' then 'Shareholder Statements' 2. The 'Select Company' screen is displayed. Type the relevant company if applicable, then select . Search is available. 3. The 'Customer Share Program' screen is displayed. 4. Type the shareholder program name, then select . Search is available. 5. The 'Shareholder Statements' screen is displayed. Refer to the ' Shareholder Statements ' collapsible link below for a screenshot and an explanation of the options. 6. This prompt screen is displayed when the Print Shareholder Statements option is selected. If there are no statements to print then the user receives a warning and not be able to proceed. The return by date defaults to two months after the statement date (on the last day). The operator can override this field when selecting the print option. 7. The statement data is generated when the approval process is performed for the share and rebate distribution processes. If the statement records are not there at the time a print is requested, the user is warned and the statements cannot be printed. Statements are only issued to the Shareholding.
