The ability to reprint a POS Docket is available via ProStix Main Menu options, ' Point of Sale ', then ' Till Operations ', then ' No Sale' , then ' Re-Print Docket ', and is available for any docket that has been created by the till for the day. This is particularly useful if the docket has been destroyed by the printer and the customer would like a receipt of the transaction. EFTPOS receipt details also print on the docket if the last docket processed on the till was an EFTPOS transaction.
