To delete a sale, perform the following: 1. If still within the sale, select <F4> to end the transaction. 2. On the End Sale Screen, select <F4> again and select the  'Cancel Sale'  option. 3. Select <F5> to confirm the cancellation of the sale. Note : If the sale has been fully processed, it cannot be deleted. Instead use the  ' Cash Refund '  option for cash sales and  ' Credit Note '   option for account sales.
