To insert product lines on a quote/order, perform the following: 1. From the  ProStix Main Menu  select  'Sales Order Processing' , then  'Order Processing'. 2. Select ' Search By Order No ' to search for the order.  Note : It is also possible to search by customer and delivery address. 3. The default Branch appears in the ' Which Branch ' field. Update as required, then select default ' Order Types ' of  B  (Both which includes Orders and Quotes). 4. Type the ' Order No ', then select <enter> to select it. 5. Select  'Order Details'  from the options on the right hand side of the screen. 6. Select <F7> Insert.  A summary of the order is displayed via the  'S elect Line No' screen. 7. Use the <Up/Down Arrow> keys to select the position of the new product.  Note : the new product appears on the line after the product that you have selected. 8. Select <Enter>. The 'Insert a Line' screen is displayed with the selected line number, then type the Product No to be inserted into the 'Product No:' field. 9. Select <F4> to go to the  'Quote/Order Header'  when all lines have been entered. 10. Select <F4> to end the transaction.
