From the ProStix Main Menu select 'Sales Order Processing' , then 'Order Processing' . 2. Select 'S earch By Order No ' to search for the order. Note : It is also possible to search by customer and delivery address. 3. The default Branch appears in the ' Which Branch ' field. Update as required, then select default ' Order Types ' of B (Both which includes Orders and Quotes). 4. Type the ' Order No ', then press to select it. 5. Select the ' Create Contract ' option. 6. The ' Create Contract ' screen is displayed. 7. Add the Contract data. Refer to the 'C reate Contract fields' collapsible link below for an explanation of these options. 8. Select to confirm the creation of the contract. 9. The contract is created as specified. The product and pricing information contained within the order makes up the contract detail. Any contract created through this option may be modified or deleted through the Contract Pricing program within ' Inventory Management' , then ' Special Pricing '.
