To enquire on a customer account balance, perform the following: 1. From the  ProStix Main Menu  select    <F10> to bring up the  Express Menu . Note : The Express Menu can be invoked from any menu within ProStix.  2. Select option  'Customer Enquiry' . 3.  Search for, then select the appropriate customer. 4. Select  'Account Balance' , then select the company in question. 5. The 'Account Balance' screen is displayed indicating the amount outstanding by period. 6. Select <F4> to exit.
