To accept and reject quotes at an item line level, perform the following: 1. From the ProStix Main Menu select 'Sales Order Processing' , then 'Quote Acceptance' . 2. Type the quote number or select <F3> to search. 3. You are now presented with a screen listing the line items in a 'review' mode. 4. Use either the <Space-Bar> to select individual line items on the quote, or 5. Select <F8> 'Sel All' to select all items on the quote. The arrow indicates the line/s that have been selected. 6. Select <F9> 'DeSel All' to deselect all items on the quote. 7. When you have finished making your selections, select either <F1> 'Acc Sel' to accept selections and create an order, or 8. Select <F2> 'Rej Sel> to reject selections, then <F5> to confirm, which then removes them from the quote and create a 'lost quote' with these lines.   There is also the opportunity to record a reason for rejecting the line item from the quote and create a lost quote record, or deleting the line item without retaining a record if the line has been added inadvertently. 9. When <F1> 'Acc Sel' is chosen, a 'Quote Acceptance' screen is presented with the following fields: 10. Type ' Yes ' to confirm the delivery date, otherwise type ' No '. 11. Select the appropriate Despatch method. 12. The Sales Order is generated automatically and this can be found using the normal order find and search methods (From the  ProStix Main Menu  select option  'Sales Order Processing' , then select <F3> to search for the order using any of the search options). If individual lines are left as not accepted, these will remain on a quote and t he original quote appears with a suffix of zero until all lines have been accepted or rejected. Note : Where individual lines are accepted at different times, the order number is suffixed with a new number each time a set of lines is accepted.  Related Video's Quote Win Loss (GUI) Quote Win Loss (CHUI)
