There are a number of ways you can search for orders including:     Searching by Order Number To search by Order Number, perform the following: 1. From the  ProStix Main Menu  select  'Sales Order Processing' , then  'Order Processing'.   2. Select ' Search By Order No ' to search for the order.  3. The default Branch appears in the ' Which Branch ' field. Update as required, then select default ' Order Types ' of  B  (Both which includes Orders and Quotes).  4. Type the ' Order No ', then select <enter> to select it.        Searching by Customer To search by Customer, perform the following:   1. From the  ProStix Main Menu  select  'Sales Order Processing' , then  'Order Processing'.     2. Select ' Search By Customer ' to search for the relevant customer.  3. Type the customer name into the ' Search: ' field, or select <F3> to search.   4. Select the relevant Customer, then select <enter> or <F1>.   5. The list of the customer's quotes and orders is displayed on the screen.   Searching by Delivery Address To search by delivery address, perform the following: 1. From the  ProStix Main Menu  select  'Sales Order Processing' , then  'Order Processing'.   2. Select ' Search By Delivery Address ' to search for the order.  3. A listing of all delivery addresses with the relevant quote or order numbers is displayed, irrespective of the customer.     Searching by Order/Quote Enquiry To search by Order/Quote enquiry, refer to process  Order/Quote Enquiry - ProStix Character Mode (CHUI)  in the  ProStix Basics Training Manual - Character Mode (CHUI)  and in the  ProStix Basics Training Manual - Graphical Mode (GUI) .
