To test whether your Signature Pad is being recognised as a device once connected to your PC via USB, perform the following: 1. Click your Windows start button, then go to  All Programs  >  ePadLink  >  ePad  >  Generic ePad Test Utility. 2. Start signing on the screen of your signature Pad. Click stop on the utility on your PC to disconnect the device. 3. Refer to  Adding a new Signature Pad device to ProStix  for the next steps.
