To attach a customer’s signature to a docket or invoice at point of sale, perform the following: 1. Process the customer’s order at POS as per normal procedures as detailed in the  Point Of Sale User Guide .   2. Select ‘ End Sale ’ as per normal transaction process. 3. You are displayed with a pop-up box requesting the ‘ Signer’s name ’. Enter the name of person whose signature you wish to attach, then select  OK . 4. The ‘ IntegriSign Signature Capture Pad ’ screen is displayed. 5. You are then able to ask your customer to sign the Signature Pad, then select OK as per the example below: 6. From the  ProStix   Point Of Sale  window, a screen displays requesting you to confirm that the name and signature are correct: 7. Select option ‘ Accept signature ’ if the signature is correct, otherwise select option ‘ Re-Sign ’, then request your customer to provide another signature via the signature pad (as per step 6 above). 8. You are now able to print or email dockets/invoices as per current processes with the signature and person’s name attached at the bottom.
