Once you have selected or created a creditors invoice batch, select Fast Track Data Entry from the list of options. To  process stock invoices via the Fast Track Date Entry method, p erform the following: 1. F rom the ProStix Main Menu select ' Purchasing & Receipting ' then ' Creditors Invoice Approval ', select the required company (if applicable), then select <F6> (New Batch). 2. Select the period to post to, then select 'FasTrack Data Entry '. 3. Either type the supplier code, or select <F3> to display a list of valid suppliers. After selecting the purchase order, the ' Invoice No ' field displays the 'Invoice No ' that was typed during stock receipting, as well as the date that the goods were receipted. 5. As appropriate, type the ' GST amount ' invoice amount as per the creditor's invoice. The GST Amount field displays the GST proportion of the invoice total. This amount is added to the invoice amount to give a total for this invoice. 6. If this amount differs from the value of the purchase order, and is outside the pre-defined tolerances, you are notified and not permitted to add this invoice to the batch.
