The  Refund Shares  option credits the Bank account. To refund shares, perform the following: 1.  From the  ProStix Main Menu  select ' Shareholder Register ' then  'Transaction Processing'  then  'Refund Shares' 2. The 'Refund Shares' screen is displayed. 3.
