The  Refund Inactive Deposit  option refunds the initial deposit of a deactivated shareholder. Refer to  Inactive Member Processing  for further information .  Unlike refunding shares, you must return the deposit in full. To refund inactive deposits, perform the following: 1.  From the  ProStix Main Menu  select ' Shareholder Register ' then  'Transaction Processing'  then  'Refund Shares'  then  'Refund Inactive Deposit' . 2. The 'Customer Shareholder Program' screen is displayed. 3.  Type the Shareholder Program name. < F3> search is available. 4. The 'Refund Inactive Deposit' screen is displayed. 5. Refer to the to the following table for an explanation of the available options: 6.  After typing the above details, ProStix prompts for the user's password and for confirmation.   i. If the user types  ' Yes '  on the confirmation prompt, the system creates a pending Refund Deposit transaction.
