Selecting this option prompts you to enter your company (if you have access to more than one) and share program. The system then displays all pending or suspended transactions for that program. To change a transaction status, perform the following: 1. From the ProStix Main Menu select ' Shareholder Register ' then 'Transaction Processing' then 'Change Transaction Status' . 2. The 'Select Company' screen is displayed. Select the relevant company if applicable. 3. The 'Customer Shareholder Program' screen is displayed. Type the Shareholder Program name. Search is available. 4. The 'Pending/Suspended Transaction screen is displayed. 5. Source Trans - if a share transaction is the direct result of another transaction, the latter transaction's number is listed. For example, 2 shares have been transferred from customer Ezekiel to customer Zacchaeus . The Transaction Number for the share deduction from Ezekiel , 633, appears as the Source Transaction for Zacchaeus ' share receipt. 6. (Update) from this screen allows you to update the Status field by typing the first letter of the status. That is, P for Pending, S for Suspended or R for Rejected. You can change a Pending transaction to Suspended or vice versa. You can change either type of transaction to Rejected, whereupon the transaction disappears from the screen. If you reject a transfer type transaction, both transactions are removed.
