The personal data stored against a customer is for keeping details about a customer of a more personal nature. They can be useful for establishing and maintaining a friendly relationship with the customer. For example, you may wish to enter such details as the name of the customer's wife, birthdays and hobbies. To enter a message regarding the customer's personal details for PR purposes, perform the following: 1. From the  ProStix Main Menu  select  'Accounts Receivable'  then  'Customer Maintenance' . 2. Select a customer using any of the  search  methods. 3. From the options box select  'Personal Data' . The following screen allows you to type in customer information in free-form text. Type the required details and select <F1>.
