To maintain the Financial Structure, perform the following:   1. Click on the ' Report ' icon at the top of the screen in the ' Layout Definition ' box.  2.  You are then presented with a view of the financial structure.  3. The Financial Report Structure is made up of:   Category  (eg Assets or Liabilities)     Type  (eg Current Assets or Non Current Assets)   -  SubType  (eg Cash or Receivables) Instance  (eg Cash at Bank or Cash on Hand)  4.  From here, you can maintain the account structure, in a similar fashion to the organisation structure, using the add, edit and delete buttons which are located just above the main window.    You can either;
