These reason codes are used when creating job rectification orders and for analysis purposes where the same problems are occurring throughout a work centre or plant. To create and maintain a list of Reasons for Rectification, perform the following: 1. From the  ProStix Main Menu  select  'Production Scheduling'  then  'File   Maintenance ' then  'Rectification Codes' . 2. The screen displays existing rectification codes. 3. To  a dd  a rectification reason code, select <F6> and type the required details, refer to the 'Rectification Codes' collapsible link for a screenshot and an explanation of these options: 4. To  c hange  a rectification reason code, select the code and select <F7>.  Type the required changes and select  <F1 >. 5. To  d elete  a rectification reason code, select the code and select <F5>.
