To maintain the Organisational Structure, perform the following: 1. Click on the icon ' Organisation ' in the 'Layout Definition' box.  2.  The Organisational Structure is made up of:      Division  (eg NSW/QLD or Trade/Wholesale)   Branch  (eg Sterland Timber or Sterland Hardware)   Cost Centre  (eg Shop or Yard)  3. From here, you can maintain the organisation structure, using the add, edit and delete buttons which are located just above the main window.  You can either;
