If an operator is in the System Services maintenance screen (accessed from  ProStix Main Menu  via ' System Services'  then ' System Services' ) and their session is then disconnected, this can potentially prevent other operators from accessing this same screen. The other operators, when trying to access this option, will see a message stating ' User johncitizen is maintaining the ETM System Parameters or System Service. You cannot both do this at the same time.' To remove the lock, perform the following steps:           1. From the  Prostix Main Menu  select ' System Administration ' then ' Utilities ' then ' Unlock System Services '.                Note : That the "Unlock System Services" runs immediately and returns back to the main menu screen.           2. Check that you can now access the  System Services  maintenance screen via ' System Services'  then ' System Services'.           3. If the utility ' Unlock System Services'  does not remove the error message then look to kill the disconnected session by using the  Promenu   Option  to  Disconnect Users  (refer to the  ProStix ProMenu User Guide  for further information on this process).
