Note : The information within this section will be hidden before the FAQ is published. PROBLEM: I have done a final close on GL for the financial year and from the printout I realise that I have made a mistake. How do I go back in to fix it? SOLUTION: To reopen a closed financial year, perform the following: You will need to run the sysutil.p utility. 1. From the  ProStix Main Menu  select ' System Administration ' then ' Utilities ' then ' Run a Program ' 2. Type  sysutil.p  to run the Utility Program 3. Note and respond ' Yes ' to the Warning message. 4. Select  General Ledger  (7) to access G/Ledger Utility Programs 5. Select ' Reopen a Closed Financial Year'  (5) 6. Enter the  Company #  and  Financial Year  (in YY format. for example: 15) 7. Select  < F1>   to run G/Ledger Utility Program:  fixglyear.p   IF THIS FAQ DOESN’T RESOLVE YOUR  ISSUE: Contact  Sterland Support .
