1. From the **ProStix Main Menu** select **'System Administration'** then **'Configuration'** then** 'Tailoring Options'** then **'Flags (Yes/No)'**.
2. From the **'Miscellaneous Flags'** screen highlight** 'InvAFPDCON'** then select . Change the** 'Y/N'** field to** 'Yes'**, then select .

3. **To apply the Future Pricing manually **(this allows you to manually choose to apply future dated contract price changes to the system), perform the following:
i. From the **ProStix Main Menu** select** 'Inventory Management'** then** 'Product Maintenance'** then **'Apply New Prices'**.
ii. From the** 'Apply New Prices'** screen type in the** 'Date Effective'** then to the** 'Contract Prices'** field then select** 'yes'** (or tick for ProStix GUI), then select

**OR**
**To apply the Future Pricing automatically **(If you choose to leave the system pick up the price changes automatically, then this will apply the future price to contracts once the date has been reached. It will run overnight), perform the following:
i. From the **ProStix Main Menu** select** 'System Administration'** then** 'Day End Procedures'**.
ii. From the** 'Nightly Batch Queue'** screen, highlight the** 'Program' 'inv210p.p'** then select .
iii. For the day you want the pricing to be applied, change the Day to **'Yes' **then select .
