This file can be viewed in the spooler.
To view the file in the spooler, perform the following:
1. From the **ProStix Main Menu** select **** then **'View Report'** then** 'My User Name'** then locate the Report Name. Keep a record of this Report Name.
2. Find the Spooler Path by selecting **'System Administration'** then** 'Configuration'** then** 'System Control File'** then** 'System Values'** then **'Spooler Path'.**
3. This Path along with your defined branch code is the location of your RPT File.
4. Open this file using MS Excel, then manipulate the file to your requirements.
