Example 1: New Combined Enquiry Option In the example below, the existing Stock Receipt Enquiry and the new Purchase Order Enquiry options have been merged into 1 menu option which then opens to a sub-menu. Example 2: View Purchase Orders that are Open Orders or Closed In the example below, if browsing through the purchase order you are able to see the status of the order and select it by pressing enter to view the contents of the order.
