The session is locked. This could be that the User did not correctly exit the program or there was a loss of communications. | | **SOLUTION:** | To resolve this issue, perform the following:
1. From the **ProStix Main Menu** select **'System Administration'** then **'Utilities'** then **'Unlock a Batch'**.
2. From the '**Unlock Batches'** screen, type in the Company No. in the **'Enter Company No.'** field, then type **'PAY'** in the **'Enter sub-system'** field.
3. From the '**Unlock Payables Batch' **screen, select **** on the **'Batch Number'.**
4. Type **'Yes'** in the **'Direct Credits'** field (tick for ProStix GUI), then select **** and press the ****.
