This option allows you to define what ETM output is produced, the destination of the ETM output and who should be notified, depending on the document type, company number and branch number producing the output. To define Output Document Settings, perform the following: 1. From the  ProStix   Main Menu  select  'Electronic Trade Module'  then  'ETM Output Control'  then  'Output Document Setting' . 2. You are presented with the 'Output Control Settings' screen. Refer to the Óu tput Control Settings' collapsible link for a screenshot and an explanation of the options. 3. Once all of the above information has been completed, a list of output document settings is displayed. From this screen you may create new and maintain existing settings as required.  Refer to  ProStix Web  below. 4. There are 2 ways in which you can create an Output Document Setting: 5. To  Add  a new Output Document Setting, perform the following: 6. The  <F8>   Copy  function may be used to create a new Output Document Setting by copying the details from one setting into a new one.  To do so, perform the following: i. Highlight the setting that you wish to copy from and  select  <F8>. ii. Select the entity type. iii. The next screen displays a list of entities to choose from. Once selected, you are prompted to type the company and branch that the document is to be sent from. iv. The screens that follows contains information as copied from the original Output Document Setting but may be over-ridden if required.  For further information, refer to step 4 above (the Field Definitions in the section under 'Adding an Output Document Setting'). 7. To  Change  a particular Output Document Setting, highlight the required record then  select  <F7>. Make the required changes then select <F1> to update.  For further information, refer to step 4 above (the Field Definitions in the section under 'Adding an Output Document Setting'). 8. To  Delete  a particular Output Document Setting, highlight the required record then select <F5>.
