A Customer Group is a way of grouping like customers together (for example, plumbers, builders etc) for the purpose of analysing sales and applying discounts at the Customer Group level. To maintain Customer Groups, perform the following: 1. From the  ProStix Main Menu  select  'System Administration'  then  'System Set-up'  then  'Define Customer Groups' . 2. The 'Customer Groups' screen lists the Customer Groups that have been pre-defined.  Refer to the 'Customer Groups' collapsible link for a screenshot and an explanation of these options: 3. Use the <F5> Delete, <F6> Add and <F7> Change function keys to update the  Customer Groups  table.
