Example 1: Refunding the customer payment The following example shows the processing of a negative cash receipt through point of sale against the pre-paid delivery customer and entering the appropriate order number that the refund is being processed for. Example 2: Deleting the customer order The following example shows how, after the refund is completed through the tendering screen, if the refund value is for the entire order the order will be deleted from the system and the following message confirming the action.
