ANSWER: To setup Rolling Stocktakes, perform the following: 1. From the ProStix Main Menu select 'System Administration' then 'Configuration' then 'Tailoring Options' then 'Flags (Yes/No)' . 2. From the 'Miscellaneous Flags' screen highlight the code 'InvStkBtch' then select <F7> to change. Type 'Yes' to enable the batch stock take functionality. When this flag is set to yes, you are able to utilise batch stocktaking. This allows you to freeze and count a small group of products at any time in isolation. This can be done by location or simply target key products. FOR FURTHER INFORMATION REFER TO: Inventory Management User Guide IF THIS FAQ DOESN’T RESOLVE YOUR ISSUE: Contact Sterland Support .
