The  Debtors Aged Trial Balance  prints the amounts outstanding for each debtor with these amounts being aged in periods. Two reports will be produced. The first being the normal Trial Balance Report, the second being a Summary Report.  It is also a very good idea to regularly run an ATB especially for COD accounts. Refer to:  Aged Trial Balance - COD's  for further information. Prostix can not produce historical Debtors Aged Trial Balance reports. This is due to Prostix supporting both Balance Forward and Open Item accounting methods for customers. Please be sure to run the Debtors Aged Trial Balance each month and immediately before the Debtors EOM period roll is performed.  To  print the amounts outstanding for each debtor with these amounts being aged in periods, perform the following: 1. From the  ProStix Main Menu  select ' Accounts Receivable ' then ' Reporting ' then ' Aged Trial Balance '.  The program requires you to select the following information to include in the report:
