1. Select for the **'Express Menu'** then select **'System Services'**. For ProStix GUI, select '**Utilities**', then '**Express Menu**'.
2. System Services can have a status of either:
> Macro (legacy-content)
3. The date and time last updated is the best indicator as to whether or not a system service is running. The Date & Time Last Updated should reflect the current date and time regardless of the status.
*Note*: Only the services required for your environment will be running. ETM services may not be running if you are not running the Electronic Trade Module.

4. The table below contains symptoms, reasons and resolutions that may assist with resolving System Services issues:
