There are ten screens displayed in sequence as you complete the information required on each of these screens. To create and maintain a company, perform the following: 1. From the 'Define Companies' screen (Refer to Define Companies for how to get to this screen), t ype a two digit company number, or select to search for a company number in the 'Company No.' field. 2. The 'Company Name & Address' screen is displayed. I f required, update these fields. Refer to the ' Company Name & Address fields ' collapsible link below for a screenshot and an explanation of these options. 3 . Select your tab or key to scroll through the fields until the 'Accounts Receivable' screen displays. Refer to ' Accounts Receivable Setup ' to continue on with the setup of the company.
