Each PDA device needs to be defined within Prostix. For any new Devices purchased please refer to  Sterland Support  to purchase additional license.  To configure the PDA device in ProStix, perform the following: From the  Prostix Main Menu , select  'Point of Sale' , then  'File Maintenance ', then  'Define Tills '. Select <F6> to add a new device. Enter a unique Device  ID, description of device, Branch Number, Till number, then type ‘PDA’ into the ‘POS Type’ field. On the PDA Select ' Configure Device'  either from the ProStix PDA login screen or the ProStix PDA main menu. Enter the Server URL for the PDA web service (contact your system administrator for the address of your PDA wen service) Enter the device id as defined in step 3 (this must be unique for each PDA)
