As part of the ProStix v4.7.2 upgrade, the KPIExtract task was added to the task scheduler for a number of sites. To check whether the task has been enabled on your site and/or to change the frequency that it is run, perform the following;  1. From the ProStix Main Menu select ' System Services ' then ' Tasks ' to go to the Task Scheduler. If the KPI extract has already been setup there will be a scheduled task called ' KPIExtract '. To locate this you may need to page through all the other tasks in the list. 2. If the ' KPIExtract ' task is on the list, perform the following: i. Ensure that the task has a status of ' Current '. If it has been marked as ' Disabled ' highlight the task then select the <F7> (Status) function key to enable the task. ii. After changing the status, or simply selecting <F12> (Schedule) on the task, the next step is to set the recurrence schedule to your preference as per the options below: 3. If the ' KPIExtract ' task has not yet been defined on your system you will need to run a program that adds the task to the scheduler. Perform the following; i. From the ProStix Main Menu select ' System Administration ' then ' Utilities ' then ' Run a Program '. ii. Type fixkpitask.p in the 'Which Program?' field, then select <enter> to run the program.  iii. This will create the task onto the task scheduler. You are then able to follow the steps above to enable the task and set the recurrence schedule.
